Mindfulness games to play with kids

I also like to use Freeze Dance (if you do yoga, you can have them freeze in a yoga pose). Another fun mindfulness activity I use is get a deck of yoga cards, place one on each mat or space, ring the bell, everyone looks at their card, reads it and does the pose (take a breath in and out when in the pose). When bell rings again, either pass the card to the next person, or move to the next mat.
